Wonderful... I love their bacon and chicken pizza!!!

Ordered a pizza and got the wrong thing Called them and they said there's nothing they can do with a Very bad customer service tone. Not going to order again.

I just received my order from Antonelli's. I had ordered rice pudding. When I opened it up, there was a large mold spur growing inside. Yep. Moldy food. I called back to tell them they sent me moldy food and that I wanted a refund. Well, they sent their delivery guy back to my house to get my credit card information because when they tried to remove the rice pudding, they voided my whole order. Instead of absorbing the $25 cost themselves, the manager asked the delivery guy to come back over to my house so he could get my credit card information again. I have never received such terrible customer service in my life. I received moldy food and nothing was done to make this better. I will never order from here again and will be sure to tell my family and friends to avoid this establishment. Appalling.

Great Pizza!!! Some of the best pizza in Baltimore. The pizza's always taste fresh, and the ingredients are of a high quality!! No room to eat in, But great for carryout or delivery.

SUPERB!!!!! WOW is all I can really say, My husband and I just had thier New Yorker pizza and OMG!! It's probably the best pizza we've ever tasted, my husband thinks it's the best he's ever had. FINALLY a real pizza/sub shop in Cockeysville. We can't wait to go back:)

AWESOME FOOD!!! My husband and I tried the cheesesteak and a medium pepperoni pizza and it was excellent. About time a pizza shop in this area with some good food. By far the best pizza I have had.
