I alw ays have used Thorndale CVS without any problems whatso ever.Transferred all my scripts to CVS on Reeceville Rd and have had nothing but problems!! I thought because of working close to this pharmacy would be handy but believe me scripts are never ready,always told they are short of help. This really isn't my problem and is a poor excuse for customer service that is substandard. Hey, Thorndale CVS maybe a busy store but at least when you request your script, it is there waiting for you!!! Customers don't have time to wait or listen to your lame excuses!!!! Back to Thorndale CVS ASAP!!!

I have received unacceptable customer service from this pharmacy on numerous occasions. They have made me wait for over an hour for their errors when my rx should have already been ready for pick up. The associates have had terrible attitudes. I will NEVER go back. Just go to the thorndale cvs, its never a problem.
