Everytime i go i get Amber. She does my cleanings. She is so nice. You can tell she just wants to help people and she loves what she does. I can be honest with her about slacking on flossing and she doesnt give you a hard time. You can tell she is very intelligent. The ladies at the counter have always been very nice. I have went to 3 dentist prior to this one who have told me there is nothing a dentist can do for TMJ. They are the first ones to say that is completely false and then explain what they can do. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a brief consultation with the dentist, and she seemed knowledgable and personable. But on the second visit encountered the office help referred to by another reviewer (on Yahoo) as the "beast". It was very obvious that she hated her job and hated me (it was the first encounter, and she didn't even know me). The two younger girls working there seemed to want to help, but also looked worn out and oppressed by the senior staffer with the pathetic attitude. One of the younger girls stepped in to offer help after being told to "give him a card, and get him out of here" after handing me a card for an oral surgeon (the dentist had suggested I call her surgeon for pricing). I asked her if upon returning if I'd have to deal with with the vitriol spewing office manager. When she abashedly nodded yes, I said "can it", and walked out. Anyone tolerating the behavior of the office manager needs their head examined. No matter how good the dentist might be.
