Sunshine Home Care is a private home that offers quality living in a friendly family setting. It is a place where everyday care is important, in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Our facility is a place for elderly who have chosen to live alone as well as your loved ones who are no longer able to live on their own. We give personal one-on-one care with dignity and respect for everyone. Sunshine home care can accommodate Ambulatory, Non- ambulatory, and residents with Dementia. Our Facility is being managed by a licensed RN with many years of experience in various areas of nursing especially in Geriatrics. Our Caregivers are compassionate, professional who ensure a very personal service. We offer the following services: 1.Three home cooked meals a day and snacks in between. 2. Special diet if prescribed by a doctor. 3. Assistance in taking prescribed Medications as needed. 4. Laundry and housekeeping services. 5. Change of linens weekly or as needed. Other Services: 1. Continuous observation, care and supervision. 2. Incontinence management 3. Notification to resident?s family, physician, and appropriate people of resident?s needs 4. Assistance with bathing, dressing and other personal needs. 5. Assistance in meeting necessary Medical and Dental needs. 6. Bedside care for minor temporary illness. 7. Cleanliness at all times 8. Plan, arrange and/ or provide for transportation to Medical and Dental appointments
