Trying to speak to a regional manager is totally impossible. I have left several voicemails and messages with their staff (Lorena and Fernanda_ since Sat (3/21/15) to have the regional manager Arthur return my call and to this date Thurs (3/26/15) no one returns my call. The issue is trying to resolve a verbal authorization Arthur provided on Dec 22, 2014 agreeing I would receive all premium channels assigned when I first signed up with DirectTV at no charge for the length of the contract. Then it turns out DirectTV corporate says they do not have record of such agreement. Effective 3/22/15 DirectTV is now charging me for the premium channels and they provided me with Star Wireless ph# to speak to Arthur to resolve this issue and he is either out of the office or I just miss him when I call. Today I find out he has not been in the office for the 3 days and he seems to be the only manager their. This business give FALSE authorization to get business and I will have to pursue legal matte
