McPheeters & Associates is a California corporation, founded in 1957, and owned by operating personnel. Our office is located in Clovis, California and we are in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. Our financial status is sound and we carry professional liability insurance, general liability insurance, automobile liability insurance and workmen’s compensation insurance. The principals of McPheeters & Associates are licensed land surveyors in the state of California, which assures direct supervision of all projects by licensed personnel. Our firm endeavors to keep abreast of modern technology and take advantage of new equipment and methods. We have extensive experience in boundary, topographic and construction survey, both rural and urban, with particular emphasis in the locale of the Central Valley and the Sierra Nevada. We also perform pre-engineering and ALTA surveys tailored to the needs of our clients. Our client profiles range from individual property owners, architects, civil and environmental engineers, and planners to major oil companies, waste management corporations, nation-wide engineering contractors and public agencies.
