Its inspectors are certified and/or approved by national agencies, including ICBO, WABO, ACI, AWS, ASNT and NICET. Its laboratory facilities are AASHTO, ICBO and CCRL approved. KCT is a division of Krazan Site Development Engineers, which also maintains headquarters in Fresno. Krazan Site Development Engineers is an engineering firm which provides services in a variety of other areas, including environmental, geotechnical, geological and groundwater.
