I am a patient at Bullard Medical Group. if have been going there for about 4 yrs now in the past the staff has been very poor recent office visits have been better as well as the staff at Bullard the back office nurses (Cindy ,Shannon, Susan and Silo) are great up too speed very kind and on top of the game.Front office management still after years needs to have better skills RUDE from Jessica to new lady in charge that does not know a thing especially how to talk to staff makes me sick to my stomach. Besides a couple of the staff members at Bullard Medical i still have friends family and co-workers go there. good luck back office Nurses they are the ones that make that office up beside the best Dr. Morlan and Tony...........

Dr Patel listens to his patients and does not rush you through . He does not immediately prescribe drugs for every ailment. Great bedside manner , that ensures understanding his diagnosis and the reason for direction of treatment. Questions are encouraged.

I've been seeing Dr. Morlan for 4 years now. I do agree that the wait times are rather long, but the service is excellent. She doesn't rush the session and is genuinely concerned about your health. She's willing to answer questions and her focus is always on her patients. Both Dr. Morlan and Tony Reid are excellent with children. I'd rather wait a bit longer to see a Dr who truly cares, than to wait a short time for someone who sees me as a chart number. I highly recommend Bullard Medical Group.

I would love to see the doctor.Usually there is a long wait. I end up seeing the PA. In all fairness his "sweetie" although, irrtating is harmless! Any problem with bones is his "speciality" and he appears fairly knowlegable-did orthopedic care prior to coming to Dr. Morlan's. The problem I have is that the PA will agree you need to have certain tests or that he "will get that done" but somehow there is a severe lack of follow-through in office. I will give it 1 more shot and then I will find someone else. I don't like being hammered re: their weight-program (their PA's program) over and over as "what I should be doing" when there is no clear proof what they are doing is working. In the begining it was a mess--not organized, disjointed, no one knew what the other was doing, billing was wrong (as per friends) and generally "not together on the goal/plan was for the patients. I learned that the ultimate goal was lose wt. or be prepped for baratic surgery-why not go 2 Clovis Hosp program

I actually love Bullard Medical Group. The PA (Mr. Reid) is always genuinely caring and is really up on his knowledge about sports medicine. Not only does he give great advice but he's there to listen to all problems that some doctors shrug off or don't even ask about. In regards to the CSU Prof, you either need to get off your high horse or notice that some people use "sweetie" as a compliment. The PA means no harm whatsoever and he knows what he's doing. Also the MD is good. She's very business like and you can tell she knows her stuff. This doctor's office has always been good to me and I intend to keep going back. If you're looking for a new place to try out, I'd suggest here.
Dr. Morlan and her nurse were fine, but I bet everything else about this office will make you mad. The last time I went: I waited 2 hours, I saw the PA and his nurse instead of the Dr. I always request, he (the PA) got all my prescriptions WRONG (it even made the people at the pharmacy mad), the staff was rude as usual, as usual the PA did not listen to me and kept calling me "sweetie" in spite of my higher education level - he's very good at treating you like a child. They now have signs posted everywhere telling you to only come to the Dr. with one issue at a time, really good for people with chronic, related medical conditions. I tried contacting Dr. Morlan to discuss my concerns, but my call was never returned. And now I, happily, will never return there. I stuck with the office for 2 years because I like the Dr. but the reality is, if you dread going to the office because they treat you so badly, it's time to find another doctor. Even the patience of patients runs out.

Tony, the PAC is awesome in there! I play sports amature and professional here in Fresno and up in the Bay. I injured my tailbone and Tony took 100% care of me. He is so comfortable to be around and I have never had them push me off or have me come in unnecassarily. Dr Morlan is very sweet and knowledgable as well. Sometimes, the wait is reasonable long, but what doctor's office doesnt have a little wait time? I would recommend them to anyone.

Yes, I agree. This clinic does not have very good customer service. You can't reach your doctor by phone here, they want you to come in a pay them for the visit.
unable to contact this doctor nor does she ever return calls. she seems to have too many personal problems that causes her to neglect her patients.
