I needed to have some court documents sent from Fresno to San Francisco. Some of the courier services that I called wanted to charge me extra for "wait time" at the courthouse archives office, but CCI offered a flat fee, so I went with them. When they arrived at the courthouse archives, it turned out that there were too many documents for the courthouse clerk to copy all at once, so CCI had to come back again the next day. CCI only charged me an additional $15 for the extra service. Nice! The next day CCI picked up the docs, and got them delivered over to the Fedex office without a hitch. Also, they didn't even ask for payment until everything was done. Chuck is the friendly guy answering the phones, and he was always reachable. I called Sunday, and he answered, and called again very late on Monday night, and again he answered! These guys have just saved me the trouble of having to drive to Fresno and back, and I couldn't have asked for better service. 5 stars!
