Someone who was making a small effort at wiping the tops of the machines told me that she had no idea who the management was or how I would contact anyone about a refund for a washing machine that was not working. She said repeatedly that she was only filling in for someone on vacation, and that there was no contact information for management posted anywhere in the place. Because she was laughing at what the machine had done to my clothes, I told her I was looking forward to finding and contacting the manager to complain about her behavior and her lack of information. Then, she said that her Dad owned the place, and he wouldn’t be doing anything at all about my complaints.

I agree with the other review but I had never had a problem there until last night when the change machine kept $10 from me out of $20. It just kept clicking until the out of change light came on. The cleaning person was right there where the machine light came on and said basically not his problem and to check with the office. I asked when does the office open and he gave me a dirty look and said never. Their is no contact number in the place I had to do some really good googling to get the contact info.

I called the phone number list on the site here more then few times over the course of the day and it was just a recording with the hours and location. I left a note on the machine with my phone number since somebody had to fill the darn thing and never got a phone call. To say the least I have made it my quest to get my $10 back.

Thing is it is out of date, not very modern. The vending machines are....how do I say it.....there. TV, yea there is one of those I guess. Not enough laundry baskets and lets not even touch on the bathrooms. Lets just say I have never used them....
