DO NOT PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!! I have never left a negative review in my life, but dealing with Tradewinds was a complete nightmare and I would not recommend them to anyone! We purchased our BRAND NEW 2017 camper in July of 2017 and on our third camping trip, the awning completely snapped off of the camper. We had spent extra on the extended warranty through Tradewinds so naturally, we thought, no big deal, this was clearly a shoddy awning and we'll be covered no problem. I especially thought that, because when we purchased the warranty, I specifically asked if they were the type of company that would find any way possible not to cover issues when they arose. I was assured that NEVER happened. Well, SURPRISE, SURPRISE, the first issue we had with our camper that was exactly what happened! Of course, we didn't find out it wasn't covered until we went back and forth for OVER a month and canceled the rest of our camping trips for the summer. They wouldn't even let us bring the camper in so they could look to see what happened. So without even seeing what happened with the awning, we were told it wasn't covered. What a joke! They'll say anything to make the sale, but as soon as you buy the camper, you're on your own. Under no circumstances should you even consider buying the extended warranty. It's a complete waste of money and Tradewinds will go out of their way to make sure they don't have to cover your issue. BUYER BEWARE!!

The salesperson was very thorough and knowledgeable and showed us everything we needed to know about the camper. Recommend this business to EVERYONE
