Took my dog there for an aural hematoma on his ear (blood clot in his ear). When he came home his ear was like a checker board, then a cut on the inside. Procedure was approximately $230.00 with shots and medicine. The blood clot never went down and I called them back and they told me that I would have to pay for the procedure to be done again. I would have thought that since they didn't take care of it in the first place I should not have had to pay to do the procedure again! They didn't wrap the ear nor put anything around his head so that he would not irritate it. When I talked to other people they stated he should have at least put something on his head! I would not recommend them to anyone!!!
