I've had nothing but positive interactions with Gary and his wife. He is to the point, blunt, and very up front with what he needs. My wife is a little intimidated by him, but it's nice to be in and out quickly and know that we got great service and everything we were looking for from him. I don't recommend them because I contacted the Viles & Associates Inc. to ask some general questions, I found the person on the phone to be very rude. I will not be using them to prepare my taxes. It was apparent that I was not knowledgeable about what I was asking and I just wanted to get an idea of the rates. I know that there was a way for the gentle men to inform me that he was not able to give me any rates without speaking to me like I was dumb. So I will take my business elsewhere don't know if someone could recommend another tax preparer. I normally do my own taxes but wanted to have someone else look at them this year. Each year it gets a little more involved. I'm sure viles won't miss my business. But they still could have shown better customer service since this was my first impression of them. A business should be a little more aware and customer oriented when they are speaking with with someone over the phone. You never know who you are speaking with. They won't read this..
