This post office has lost a VERY important package of mine; one that was carrying a precious and ancient artifact. Filed a claim recently with them. I see that someone else has also written a review for failure to deliver mail...

This office has the worst delivery service ever. I have put letters in the slot inside the building on a Saturday and 5 days later it has still not arrived at it's destinnation, which was 5 miles away. And this is not the first time I have mailed items in this post offices' area and the item took over a week to arrive to a location within a 5 mile area. Now I can mail a letter from my house in Sterling Heights on a Saturday that is going to Texas and it will get there the following Tuesday. But the Clinton Township office can't process local mail in less than 5 days. I think someone needs to see who is sitting on their you know what at this office.

I disagree with the other poster. I called this 1(800) number and within one try connected with a real live person that was willing and able to help me resolve my problem.

CALLING THE PO IS AS BAD AS CALLING BLUE CROSS. ALL YOU GET ARE ANSWERING MACHINES!!!!!!!!!! ONE SENDS YOU TO THE OTHER.....AND NO HELP. ID LIKE TO CALL THE PO BY MYHOUSE AND SPEAK TO A HUMAN!!!!!!!!!!!I HAVE A PROB AND WAS DIRECTED TO THE 800 NUMBER AND SHE TOLD ME DIFFERENT FROM THE ACTUAL PO WHEN I WENT THERE. DOESNT ANYONE KNOW THE RIGHT ANSWER?WHAT DO MY TAXES GOTOWARD?NOT THE PO!
