I am changing my review i just received a call from the real manager and he sounded upset not with the review but with the work that was completed by his shop and wants to make it right so i will be taking my truck back so he can make it right he sounds like he really does care about his business and customers ill let everyone know the outcome..i gave 2 extra stars just for the phone call i might be adding more..

I love this place! I always feel the guys at Tuffy are honest with me and I can trust their diagnosis and that I am getting a great repair price. Tom is always so friendly and informative that I feel assured my car will be taken care of; I never leave there worried:) They have gone out of their way for me on numerous occassions and I appreciate that. I tell all my family and friends to go there. If you are a woman who hates to take your car in for service because you feel like you are getting ripped off, then start taking your car here.The crew here is always respectful, never condescending, and always honest.

The mechanics go far and beyond todays expectations of conducting business in a professional manner by going out of their way to ensure that the customer is pleased. My experience at Tuffy was absolutely wonderful. I never felt that feeling of being taken advantage of with these guys. Usually you feel like auto mechanics are just trying to get your money, but the honesty of these guys, and their work, is something to brag about. The management was friendly, the technicians were smart and efficient, and my car hasn't had a problem since I took it there. I would recommend this Tuffy to all of my friends, family, and you too.
