View my pics this is long term water leaks neglect bad management and extremely unhealthy. All the air vent to the heat and air conditioning are in the dirt crawl/dirt basement. Water and mold has been accumulating for years and they have thus far refuse to fix any of it. It's disturbing to think not only does it directly effect the individuals in that home, but it will effect every home in that strip of townhouses and yes it effects everyones investment that lives and owns a unit there.

Never try it i am warning you ahead they will take advantage of you, buyer beware get it inspected yourself before you buy it you can't trust anyone anymore these days. They allow random neglegant behavior, lyes, harrastement and neglect the maintance is only for the people they know. You could be left out in the cold and need to sue them, don't risk your time your life.

Radon gas, mold look out for your family. The board only cares about themselves and they bully and intimadate the owners into being quite. If you speak up they'll harrass you and try to keep your $9000 share of the buy in and attempt to evict you too. You'll need a good lawyer to deal with them and a lot of time to spend compilling your evidence after your move out because it's unlivable.
