Being strictly devoted to prescription benefits, the team at OCL is expert in drug benefit program design and payment rules ; the guidelines of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners ( NAIC ) for the Coordination of Benefits ( COB ) ; and the regulations for Medicare Part B claims issued by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services ( CMS ) and the Durable Medical Equipment Regional Carriers ( DMERC ). The specialized knowledge and skills of the team members, coupled with the proprietary software programs developed by OCL, is a most effective combination for optimizing results.
