My son who is recently married and has (2) little boys works very hard for a living to take care of his family. After purchasing his first couple of cars with cash he decided to finance a car with Lakeside Auto. He bought a Buick Rendenzvous for $8000.00 in Sept of 2012. On Dec 28, 2012 the engine went out in the car. He purchased a extended warranty and had the engine replaced at the cost of $2400.00 when he went to get the car he was given a 3 month warranty on the new engine. The paperwork they had from their purchase of the vehicle stated the various problems with the vehicle to which they did not share this knowledge. Immediately after purchase the vehicle began to overheat and come to find out there was a major problem with the battery cooling system as well as the A/C. The warranty which would "cover anything that could go wrong with it" was worthless. Repeatedly assured us that they would cover the cost of repairs and then waited until the repairs had been made to play a cat and mouse game of he said she said, sticking us with the bill. We are s
