Bought 2 items of jewelery from this store. The first was a charm bracelet which I've had to replace three times. Most recently purchased a small diamond ring for my girlfriend for Christmas. One of the accent diamonds fell out after three days of wearing it. Went to return the ring and replace the bracelet with a lobster clasp and they refused to exchange the bracelet. When they openly admitted that the clasp bracelets were faulty and having numerous issues I promptly asked for a full refund on the ring so I could take my business elsewhere. They refused to do so. I took my business to Pandora within the hour and got a nice new bracelet for my girlfriend. I'll be going to a local family owned jeweler for any future purchases. I would never shop here again even if they were giving away free jewels. I'd expect that quality of jewelery from Walmart.
