They are holding a package that was supposed to have been rescheduled by me. That didn't happen. It is time sensitive and the order was placed on December 21st and it still isn't here. I have no idea why it couldn't be delivered with my other orders that came today. I have been told these things: Promised delivery today--- didn't happen, but other items were delivered-- it will be delivered on this Sunday by 9pm - I don't think ups delivered on Sundays--- today, after I called Amazon, that I would be called by ups --- no phone call, this evening --- didn't happen--- after calling ups tonight I was told I would receive a phone call within the hour --- didn't happen. I know sometimes that things happen. I am easy to get along with, but this is ridiculous. Why can't they just stop lying an deliver the damn package? Stop lying to me!! Who can I talk to to get this resolved? No one it seems. It is at the ups about 30 minutes from my home. I am very angry at the indifference. I realize they will tell me what I want to hear just to get me off the phone. I have gone from understanding that things occasionally go wrong,
to disbelief at the lousy customer service and blatent lies. They just do not care

Often we only receive bad comments as we seldom report the good work done by companies. Well today I want to tell UPS that you have great warehouse / office personnel in Clinton, Oklahoma. Had two missed deliveries at my house in about a month and both times your office and driver went out of their way to help me get my package same day. Other companies could learn from your personnel. Great public relations. But more than that they actually care about helping you. Much appreciation to your staff. I believe Rachel ?? was in Clinton. I apologize for not getting the drivers name.
