The New Destiny Treatment Center is a ministry of a ministry of Barberton Rescue Mission, which was established in 1961 as a home for alcoholics and homeless people to receive food, clothing and shelter. Founded in 1993, the New Destiny Treatment Center is a nonprofit organization and 60-plus-bed facility. The center serves adult males between the ages of 18 and 60. It offers classes in psychological and substance abuse education, spiritual formation and computer applications.
