I dropped off my daughter's $60 Collegiate stirrup leathers with SPECIFIC instructions to shorten them by moving the buckle down and re-stitching. Instead, the owner chopped off the ends of the leathers, stating to me it was "quicker and cheaper" than moving the buckle. Owner refused to compensate me beyond the $7 he was charging for ruining the leathers ($3.50 per leather just to cut the end off... total ripoff). Eventually he agreed to waive the additional $28 charge for her riding boot repair as compensation. Horrible customer service, no recourse if they get your repair completely wrong. BUYER BEWARE.
