I bought a walk behind lawn mower eight months ago, used one time. Put the mower away for the winter. Come spring brought the mower out and it would not start. Could not figure out the problem. I took the mower to the Clinton store, (without a receipt) and Dawn at customer service took care of me. Explained the process of sending the mower out for repair, time frame, and wrote down the name of the person who let me know if there would be any charge for repair. I was given a receipt and Dawn explained the mower has a one year . Dealing with warm, polite people is such a joy. Thank you for hiring these wonderful people. Ladonna was the greeter. Linda Marion.
