This is a place where chicken is the main item - Why should a patron have to wait fifteen minutes until chicken is prepared?
Food and debris on the floor, in food preparation area and where beverages are placed. Ants crawling in the beverage area,
Untrained/incompetent person on one (1) opened register.
Customers waiting a long time to receive service.
WHY??????
I use to like my once a month treat. This place is a disaster!!! Get Managers and trained people who care about what they are doing.
