we are an elderly couple who had a house fire. We had our entire house rebuilt and this company was the only company who came when they said they would come, did what they said they would do, and charged what they said they would charge. We would recommend this company to anyone.

we have used this company for 12 years and they have always serviced us in the utmost professional manner. We have had custom shower doors and replacement windows installed. They have come out to adjust our shower door years after installing it and never even charged us!

It took over 3 months to get my order right. though the installation staff is professional and organized, the sales and front office staff are unorganized, unprofessional and down right rude. After screwing up my order 3 times, and missing 3 days of work to accommodate these people the sales man yelled at ME and called me rude. Let's get it straight, the salesman did NOT estimate the complete job, although he was walked through it and received the same instructions 3 times ( electrician and painter as my witness), then he ordered the WRONG windows, then he rescheduled 4 times and when the installation crew arrived to install there were no notes or any indication which windows were to be replaced and we had to reschedule a 5th time. If you value your time, find another competent, customer friendly glass installer. If your into being strung along and treated like an inconvenience , this is the place for you!
