My relationship with the Tribble law firm started fine but after we paid significant money as a retainer and months into the process of gathering information for the Medicare application, we learned that much of the legal fee charges were unnecessary and that we were paying for legal work that could easily be seen did not need to be done. The Tribbles should have been upfront with us on that and were not, which caused a waste of legal fees.. If you meet with them in person to discuss your estate planning, have someone friendly to you also present and document what the Tribbles tell you that they can accomplish based upon your personal financial situation.
