I was diagnosed with bursitis in my knees, which should have been very easy to clear up. I had seven appointments at PRP and all the while I was disappointed with it's poor customer service, ineffective product (sometimes the therapist hardly touched my knees, only using shock treatment and ultrasound), and lack of bookkeeping (I had to remind the front desk attendant of how many visits I had payed for). I ended up cancelling all my remaining appointments and went elsewhere. The PT's themselves were very nice, but never seemed to want to spend time fixing my issues, they were already off to the next patient.
