Absolutely NOT... This has to be the most disreputable, dishonest, and poorly run operation that I have ever encountered. Stay away from these kind of back door operations if you value your time and money.

I ordered a refurbished PC advertised as having a 3GHz processor & 8 MB of RAM on April 18th. The ad said it was in stock & normally ships in 1-2 business days. As of May 7th, it had not even left their shipping dock. After numerous e-mails where promises of updates & contact were made & not kept, explanations asked for & not given; multiple calls to the customer service line, during business hours, that were deflected by an answering service; and one answered call with a very rude customer service rep that escalated to a supervisor by claiming her employee ID is 666, the item was sent next day air to me. When it arrived the Windows 7 activation key was invalid & it was loaded with only 2MB of RAM. I was sent a photo of a valid activation key, and told the rest of the RAM would be mailed. Once Windows was activated, I noticed the processor is only 1.6GHz, not 3GHz as I ordered. At this time, I'm awaiting the CORRECT merchandise be delivered and I'll send back the one they sent.

Can't say enough about their excellent Customer Service. Have ordered 2 separate units via Rakuten. Had a minor issue with one missing OEM system disk though fully installed that was promptly handled in 24 hours. The 2nd unit was not to a customers liking and they provided prompt return service and a refund. Paul ~Central Fla

Horrible service. Ordered an item from them as a gift for Christmas with plenty of time for it to arrive on time. They waited 8 days to send it out making it arrive several days late. I wrote their customer support to let them know I was upset about them sending it out so late and their response was checking on the arrival date and letting me know the day AFTER Christmas that it was going to be arrive late. What a joke.
