Just purchased a house and a couple of months later noticed insect wings all over my basement floor. ACT informed me wings suggest termites have been active for 5yrs and was quickly able to locate termite tunnels in a section of my basement and suggested that the closed off window and custom wooden platform that previous owner built may be covering the infestation. I decided to open the platform and sure enough the wooden planks were completely damaged and underneath them was a huge network of termite mud tunnels! Owner built platform over a dirt filled pit! I was only interested in treating the platform area but ACT explained the termite wings on basement floor occurs when termite nest is too big and the termite colony creates swarmers so new nests can be created in other areas of the home and recommended the entire property be treated. ACT was very informative, I am glad I treated my property and that they also warranty the job.

Anyone with a roach, mice, etc problem i advice you to contact this team A.S.A.P. They will check what is the problem and how to get it solved or undercontrol. I called for an appointment on a Friday and i got schedule for the next Tuesday, i think that's great.
