They will only pick up one can, and were charging 108.00 for 3 months, my bill just went up to $120.00, For what? They pick up ONE CAN once a week. Complete rip off!

-5 Stars!!!! IF I could give this company negative stars I would. Horrible. Smashed my mailbox, throw trash bags in my ditch, don't always pick up the trash. Leave horrible notes on my trash can. Leave my trash can in the middle of my driveway so that I can't pull in off of the highway. The worst customer service and work quality I have ever seen!

Wow I'm reading the reviews on here and I have to say I've not had any real issues with the service. They always answer the phone, I know that's a shock, but they do and they always pick up my garbage on the pick up days, which, in my area, is Tuesdays and Fridays. The only problems I've had is the attitude of one of the drivers which wouldn't pick up my trash can because I had a broom handle, yes I said broom handle, sticking up and he "thought" it might damage the bed of the truck??? But the next time he picked up my garbage he dropped the can into the back and had to go manually get it out of the back, sorry, but I laughed my butt off. Other than a couple of incidents, I've not had any issues with this company.

I would give these people zero stars if that was an option. I along with many neighbors paid $90.00 for 3 months of service and they did not pick up any trash in the neighborhood for almost 2 weeks around Christmas time. When I called noone would answer, the recording says to push 1 to leave a message. When you push 1, nothing happens. When you finally get someone on the phone, they are rude and will hang up on you. On top of being rude, they can never provide you with any answers to your questions and there is somehow never a manager to talk to. I canceled my service in January and advised this company to pick their can up. It still sits on the edge of my driveway today and they sent me another bill. I then was told when I called today that someone will be by today or tomorrow to pick the can up which they have been saying since I canceled. Worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with.

This company is horrible. They TOOK over my neighborhood in September 2017, didn't tell any of us and ignored our trash because we didn't have their can, which they did not bring to us. By the way I have called them 50 time and still do not have a can(today is 01-30-2018). Shame on Montgomery county for letting them steal our money every month and not provide service. I blame MONTGOMERY COUNTY for this pathetic company!!!! We have no choice, the county make choices for us!

Do not get this trash service they pick up when thay feel like it I spent Christmas with piles of trash in my house and had little flying bugs because of them the trash in the cans were full no one came to pick up before we even got to the holidays now the critters have been into it a big mess they were not the company that I went with they come in and bought up every one and have the worst service

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They want your money up front but wont take your trash. It's been a month and they still haven't picked up my trash. I call and they never answer.

I I only gave them 1 star so I could comment. They took over EWS August 1st. When I didn't get trash pickup I called and found this out. So I gave them the particulars on my dumpster... They said it was the same drivers ..LIE ... week 2. No pick up. Called several times, we will be there, we will pick up... LIE ... week 3 no pick up. Called several times... even asked if there were any issues.. on one call the nicest lady, pulled up my account and said they had nothing in there, about my dumpster, about me calling, about anything. I check my security cameras on pick up day, see a santek truck in my yard. Driver tells them he doesn't see a dumpster. LIE. I take a picture 10 back from where truck parked.. guess what... you can see the side of the dumpster and all the trash around and to the side of it....

This company took over from Major Waste when they closed their doors due to family issues. So far I'm not happy with them. Was supposed to be supplied with their cans, have not seen those yet, and my trash is still not picked up. I so wish we could get Waste Management out here on Timber Switch Rd.

they should have no stars! they expect payment but pick up your trash whenever the hell they feel like it.Do not order them they take their phone off the hook always busy

Well, paid their first bill and they have already neglected to pick up the trash. You can't call them after 4, you can't leave them a message, there is no proper contact information or email other than Tennessee. Hey people...WE ARE IN TEXAS. Expect to see TWO cans ready for pickup on Tuesday.
