Dr. Eric R. Guerra received his medical degree from the University Autonomous of Guadalajara in Mexico. He continued his education with internship and residency programs in Internal Medicine at LAC King/Drew University Medical Center. Dr. Guerra went on to achieve a fellowship in Vascular Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH and a fellowship in Cardiology Medicine at University of Tennessee- Memphis in Memphis, TN. He attended University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he received his fellowship in Interventional Cardiology and was an instructor of Internal Medicine. Dr. Guerra has over 20 years' experience as an interventional cardiologist. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Vascular Medicine, Endovascular Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Guerra has presented various topics ranging from Cardiology, Vascular and Complex Interventions at numerous national and international meetings. His area of interest includes structural heart disease i.e. TAVR, complex coronary and peripheral interventions and also has a particular interest in pulmonary embolism.
