Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio provides care to individuals wherever they call home. With a staff of more than 600 professionals, we serve as a valuable community resource and provide services tailored to meet the needs of every patient and family. We serve residents in Ashland, Crawford, Cuyahoga, Delaware, Geauga, Huron, Knox, Lake, Lorain, Marion, Medina, Morrow, Portage, Richland, Summit, Wayne, and Wyandot counties. Hospice homecare is currently provided in Northeast Ohio only.
