I recently bought a 2010 mercury millian. When my fiance went in to sign some papers he was just wondering around and a sales man in other words told him he could not afford the car he was looking at. Then less then 30 days later my check engine light came on and I started to hear a rattle. I took it in to get fixed and when I got it back a few days later I noticed a dent and scratches on my bumper. I would also like to add how rude a lady in the service department was. The only person that treated me like a human being was the finance department and a gentleman name Rick in the service department. I would not suggest anyone to that kia dealership souly based on the service I recieved.

My husband and myself could not be more pleased with the service - everyone at the dealership was more than friendly - they even went above the necessary kindness. We returned for three days before making our decision. Even when our salesman- Ted - was not there, the other salesmen offered to help us but assured us that Ted would still get any credit. Ted was the best salesman I've encountered - and believe me I've met my share - he did not pressure us in any way. I would refer anyone there without any qualms I was extremely pleased with Spitzer
