I was referred 3 or 4 years ago, they did some major body work, and everything was fine. But I didn't truly appreciate them until this year (2012). Right before Christmas, 2011, my driver's side mirror was taken off, and luckily the person who did it reported the accident. So I went to Shaker Quality Auto Body to get it fixed on their insurance. Previously, I had somewhat ruined the passenger side mirror, but was able to gorilla tape it and the electronic components worked. The people at SQAB accidentally started to dismantle the passenger side mirror to fix it instead of the driver's side. The electrical components stopped worked. They honestly acknowledged their mistake and fixed it free of charge!!!! How often does that happen? I am and will recommend them all over town.
