I went there with my 3 kids. My 1 and half year old and 11 year old were very badly sick with fevers of 103. Since my phone wasn't working and I was only 5 minutes away, I gathered up my kids and just took them to the clinic. When we arrived at about 11:30 am we were told they are too booked up and could not see my kids until 9pm that day! There was only 2 people in the waiting room and my kids were crying in pain! I couldn't believe they wouldn't take 5 minutes to look at my kids and help them as they cried in pain. My toddler's eyes were so swollen and red he looked like he was punched in both eyes. It was so heartbreaking to see my kids get refused by people who are supposed to care about kids. I had no choice but to take them to ER at Parma General Hospital. I will never ever ever go back to that place again! It's shocking that they would refuse sick children when it only takes 5 minutes to look at a child and say what's wrong with them. I only gave one star because they don't let you put zero stars on here.
