Established in 1983, Ohio MENTOR offers community-based services for adults and children with developmental disabilities and emotional, behavioral and medical disorders. It provides therapeutic foster care and family reunification services. The organization offers mental health services that include case management, psychiatric evaluation, and individual and group counseling. Ohio MENTOR provides after-school programs for children. Additionally, it offers crisis intervention, behavioral therapy, emergency placement and respite care services. The organization also provides training related to personal care management and interpersonal relationships and career development. Ohio MENTOR offers a variety of small group living arrangements, as well as provides in-home care services. It also offers nursing and occupational, physical and speech therapy services. The organization is a partner of The MENTOR Network, which is a human services agency. Ohio MENTOR maintains an office in Cleveland.
