The topics covered specifically by me included Real Estate Title and Escrow Claims, Residential Real Estate Litigation, Procedural Issues and Traps, Drafting the Pleadings and Discovery and Trial Strategy from the Plaintiff's Perspective. I also assisted with teaching legal ethics as they relate to real estate matters.

The topics covered specifically by my course included the effect of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, Mortgage Broker's Act, Federal Truth In Lending Act, RESPA and Ohio common law as they relate to Residential Real Estate Litigation, Title and escrow Litigation, and Commercial Real Estate Disputes. Also covered were substantive topics including Mechanic's Lien law, Construction law and Toxic Mold issues.
