  Bob joined the Lancer Group in 1988. His background includes over 30 years of actuarial work in commercial automobile insurance. Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany. Bob was named Lancer's Chief Actuary in 2018.

  Tim joined Lancer in 2002, and manages the Accounting, Finance, Treasury and Tax operations. His experience includes over 30 years in the insurance accounting field. Prior to joining the Lancer Group, Tim held management positions at several property and casualty and life insurance companies, including Empire Insurance Company and New York Life Insurance Company. He began his career in the audit field in 1991 with KPMG's Insurance Practice. Tim earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 1991, and holds the designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He is a licensed CPA in the State of New York and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
