Mike & the staff at Ideal Roofing are the most professional & friendly people I've ever dealt with. First of all, they answered the phone which is huge, everybody else had an answering machine and at best called me the next day. They showed up for my estimate when they said they would and the estimate was very affordable. Some were lower but I chose Ideal because from the get go I trusted them. The work was completed on time, within budget & they cleaned up when they finished. I will definitely use Ideal again if I ever need to.
This is the third time I have used Ideal Roofing for a new roof. This is the third house I have used them for. Great people and an even better job. When it is time for another roof I will be using them.
I don't know much about their actual work, because I never got that far. The man on the phone was extremely rude! He refused to even give a bid when I mentioned that we wanted two bids, one in which the company did the tear off of our roof and one in which we did the tear off ourselves. I can understand if he did not want to take on the job with a homeowner doing the tear-off, but he didn't even offer to give the other bid before he hung up on me! I have never been treated with such hostility when I was asking for a simple quote, and I wasn’t hostile in the least. I was so put off that I had to write a review.
