Established in 1954, the Golden Age Centers of Greater Cleveland is a nonprofit social service agency that provides individual and group services for senior citizens. It delivers more than 850 hot meals every day to the homes of senior citizens who are unable to prepare meals. The agency, in partnership with the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, offers supportive housing services for low-income individuals. It maintains community centers that offer a variety of services for senior citizens. The agency publishes a newsletter quarterly that provides information of various programs and services. The Golden Age Centers of Greater Cleveland maintains its administrative office in Cleveland.
