General Info
Since its inception in 1988, FrontLine Service, formerly MHS, has been in the forefront of providing services to our community's most vulnerable individuals. A non-profit, behavioral health agency, FrontLine Service operates the largest continuum of services to homeless individuals in the state of Ohio, providing shelter, transitional, and permanent housing services. FrontLine Service is proud to collaborate with community partners in the expansion of Housing First programs in Cuyahoga County, and most recently, rapid-rehousing and diversion efforts. FrontLine Service operates the Suicide Hotline and the Adult and Child Psychiatric Mobile Crisis team, providing services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Outreach efforts to individuals experiencing trauma include the Children Who Witness Violence program and the Traumatic Loss Response team. FrontLine Service is a contract agency of the The Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board of Cuyahoga County and a United Way Agency.
