Dr Kaouk left me permanently injured and disabled from my minimally invasive surgery. In violation of my consent he allowed unsupervised residents to do much, if not all of my surgery. After reading the previous entry, I feel compelled to respond. In February of 2007, Dr. Kaouk told me that he had performed "2000" prostatectomies.
