I love my coaches and how they teach us. They can be tough but it’s for our own well being and to show us how to be a team player

Awful, awful, awful place. The coaches are mean, the teams lose and there is nothing redeeming about them. Please don't leave your child in their care.

This is one of the worse places ever!!!!!!! Vig is a nightmare - split personalities, yelling all the time, exercises to punish the poor cheerleaders. Only 1 out of about 6 teams did well this season. Maybe if they won once in a while I'd say there was a method to his madness, but they don't. Kelly, the other co-owner, isn't a walk in the park either. She's more sneaky about her meaness and is known for snide comments and unnecessary exercising as a punishment.



Highly don't recommend!!!!!

The coaches are very punitive. They have the team do tons of conditioning when they don't get things right instead of doing it over again unitl they get it right. There aren't a lot of gyms in this area so they win by default.
