I owe Dr. Jacobs and Dr. Annil Sawhh, both in Clermont, for helping get my life back on track. Dr. Jacobs is belong me with my hashimotos thyroiditis. She takes the time to sit with you and explain everything thoroughly and kindly. She genuinely cares for her patients and anyone who has the privilege to receive her help should count their blessings. She took my concerns seriously and since getting me started on thyrpid medication, I feel I am finally getting my life and body back on track. Thank you Dr. Jacobs and staff!!

I was originally referred to Dr. Jacob for hyperparathyroid disease, but since that time she is also helping me with my type II diabetes and other thyroid issues. She is wonderful. She takes her time to sit down and explain things to you, in layman's terms, and has no problem repeating things if you don't understand. She's compassionate, knowledge and very understanding.
