Approximately ten day ago I discovered that the baseboard heat and the a/c was running at the same time. I immediately called GFB's service department and Candee quickly called a service technician to stop by and assess the problem. Mike F. determined that a valve assembly malfunctioned and he called in the problem to order the new valve. Today, Mike F returned to switch out the valve assembly and tested the gas boiler with system working correctly. Mike F. Quickly diagnosed the problem in a professional manner and explained what was to be done. Our history with GFB began back in 1986 and will continue into the future. This is a review of your employee Joe Hile. Joe came to our home to replace a malfunctioning thermostat. He was unfailingly polite and informative. He spent time with us to explain exactly how this new and better piece of equipment worked. Before he left he made sure that we knew exactly how to set the thermostat for not only heat but later on for cooling. An excellent employee. Superb service as usual. Ken W was able to rebuild my kitchen faucet rather than replace it saving me $. Susie was great in Customer Service to schedule my repair. One of the things I very much appreciate with Bowman's is the ability to schedule when I'm able to be available and to call me 30 minutes in advance so I can be home. I do NOT have to take off 1/2 day of work and have a 4 hour window for the repair. That's also very important to me. Thanks GF Bowman!

Dennis was very professional. He gave me the estimate up front and completed the job in short order. He explained what he was doing and the workings of the new pump switch and tested adjusted the pressure gauge to the recommended settings. A JOB WELL DONE.

The technicians from G.F. Bowman are top notch. I have been having my oil-fired boiler, heat pump and central AC unit serviced by G.F. Bowman for several years. When a Trane heat pump that they installed failed after two years, they replaced the defective part without charge. Very dependable.

I began working with G.F. Bowman earlier in the year to meet my HVAC and plumbing needs. I have been 100% thrilled with the professional, friendly and very helpful sales, service and office staff at the company. Most recently I had a problem with a pressure flush toilet. Chris A the service rep was on site the day after I called the problem in. Chris was most helpful at contacting the pressure flush equipment provider to secure replacement parts under warrantly and recall which saved a bundle of money for the family. The parts arrived in two days and Chris was on site within three hours of my call to the office about receipt of the parts to finish the job. Chris was also very helpful in obtaining a Bowman company coupon to further reduce the cost of the repair. You can be confident of getting quality, reliable, timely service from the folks at Bowman and at a very fair cost.

Our A/C failed during the middle of a heat wave. We called GF Bowman and they dispatched a service tech Within an hour. Joe arrived and quickly identified the problem and fixed our A/C.
