The Clemson Police Department prevents, detects and investigates criminal activities through the enforcement of local, state and federal laws. It operates patrol, records, and crime scene and criminal investigation units. In addition, the department maintains accreditation management, collision reconstruction, juvenile investigation, and emergency and disaster units. The Clemson Police Department s victim services division provides an advocate to respond, develop and deliver programs and support to victims, family members, and witnesses of crime and death. It also provides information regarding victim rights and has a crisis response team. Additionally, the department operates a communication center responds to calls for police and fire emergency and nonemergency services. The Clemson Police Department is located in Clemson, S.C.
