Electrical and plumbing issues continue and there are so many other things that are wrong that there's not enough room to list them here. I blame myself for not thoroughly checking out this guy in the beginning, but I also blame him for obviously not caring (hey, he got his money and that's all that seemed to matter to him), as well as the inspectors who never did valid inspections.
