In order to cut back on overhead and offer the lowest prices possible, we operate as a home-based business. We will do our best to meet or beat the prices of any of our competitors. We strive to offer our services with honesty and integrity. Many other computer repair shops in the triad area will misdiagnose problems and overcharge customers, sometimes by several hundred dollars. If another computer repair company says it's a motherboard, or other expensive repair, please feel free to bring the computer by for a second opinion. All of our repairs come with a satisfaction guarantee. If by chance we were to misdiagnose your computer, we will gladly perform any additional repairs at no additional charge. We offer low flat rates for all in-shop repairs. Some of our common services include: Motherboard repair - $175 + parts (usually $50 to $250).
