this place is horrible i lived here for 3 years and they are just getting worse drugs alcohol children.. i wouldnt perfer this than a box!

COOL PLACE TO LIVE... NO! drugs, fighting,shootings,drinkers. no kids, Just quite living, "peacefulness". Bonnie the mgr.never bothers you. The man that tries to maintain this place is very friendly. (He tries) to keep the ground as clean as he can. I see him every morning picking up trash or what ever needs to be done. As far as fixing things,,,Well nobody is perfect.but,(he tries)to do the best that he can. One of the main reasons that i moved here was i didn't need a car. Your near everything, Walmart,fast food,dollar stores,banks,Doctors,gym,pharmacies,restaurants. all in walking distance. (Also) Post office is right across the steet, AND we have a pool & new washer's & dryer's. I would say this is DEFIANTLY the best place for people over 40 or disabled or retired.
