This is the best my car looked since I bout it new , when I picked my car up it was clean and all the work looked so good , all the work thay did with the adjusters was great thay took care of everything, if I ever have a accident I will be at Lonestar again

Awesome place. The job was done on time, as promised and no surprises. How refreshing! I am not sure which place the other went, but my expectations were not only met, they were exceeded!

I took my ford focus for front end damage there and was treated with respect and expedience. They were able to get me back on the road much sooner than I could have ever anticipated. Both owners were involved in the process and kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. This facility is a cut above most body shops. It is clean, well organized and Professional. If I ever need body work or anyone I know needs body work I will recommend Lone Star Collision.

Delay after delay after delay!! Took 2 attempts to pick up car before it was finished as promised, on 3rd attempt trunk brake light wasn't plugged in, door panel and window switch was broken. I didnt take it back because I was afraid how long they would take to fix it. Realized later that they lied on final paperwork to make it appear the job didnt take so long. Final rear end repair looks good but basic details were overlook. Never again.

I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I recently had an insurance claim for a comprehensive damage to my vehicle & the owner took it upon himself to call the claims adjuster & have damage that wasn't covered added to the claim, so my car would be in excellent condition upon completion. Excellent customer service.

This is the most unprofessional body shop I've ever had to work with, and I work with hundreds a year. This time I was there for my own body work, rather than calling on behalf of a customer, and as a client I was still treated with very rude discourteous behavior. Since I'm female, they even tried to explain to me that my particular vehicle doesn't come with struts. WTH!?!?!?!? I just so happen to build cars as a hobby, so the fact that they made up over 20 watery excuses as to why they couldn't get my vehicle back to pre-loss condition was very disturbing. Is it too much to ask that the hood, bumper, and fender line up? I will spend the rest of my days making sure people avoid this company for as long as possible.

The employees at Lonestar are great! Very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable! They do excellent work! While I hope I never need them again, if I do I'll be back!
